Operations Managers’ will have manager duties such as hiring, training, and supervising all front desk and teachers/trainers. You will also be responsible for resolving all membership issues, updating past due accounts, managing work schedules and hours, and designing and implementing new sales campaigns!
A little about the company, we offer a broad range of training styles, including group boot camps, personal training, and various yoga classes, all utilizing EMS WEARABLE TECHNOLOGY! Our locations average 4.8 stars online and won one of the best yoga studios in Irvine for 2021. We are soon expanding from 3 to 8 fitness center locations, with no intention of slowing down!
Our ideal candidate will have:
-experience in a health club or hospitality industry
-management experience
-strong sales skills and abilities
-currently certified in personal training
-hold a current CPR/AED certification
Compensation
-starting salary of $50,000 per year
-commissions based on club monthly profit
-80% paid health, vision, and dental after three months
-free use of facilities
-15% discount on all products
